Dataset: Mistaking plastic for zooplankton: risk assessment of plastic ingestion in the Mediterranean sea

Data relative to the article Mistaking plastic for zooplankton: risk assessment of plastic ingestion in the Mediterranean sea (Fabri-Ruiz, Baudena et al., 2022, Science of the Total Environment; DOI: 10.1016/j.scitotenv.2022.159011).

The files contains all the data necessary to produce the figures of the Main Text  (e.g. Fig1.nc file contains all the data used to produce Figure 1), i.e. the plastic and zooplankton abundances calculated over the whole Mediterranean Sea, the plastic to zooplankton ratio, as well as the partition of the different GSAs used, and the climatology of the small pelagic fish biomass.
